DELIVERY TO THE LOWER 48 US STATES:
All products sold at Urban American Dry Goods Collection/ Revibe Designs that qualify for any Free Shipping promotions and will be sold as such barring any extenuating circumstances, such as shipping in bulk or shipping from over seas. Items that come in more than one box are excluded from Free Shipping . They are considered a bulk unit. Any multiple items going to the same address that need freight shipping are excluded for free shipping. Freight charges will be assessed and invoiced to the customer. Any questions regarding the freight charges prior please call store first before ordering.
*PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY ( NO EXCEPTIONS): Wallpaper and Fabrics even if you are paying for expedited shipping could still takes 24-48 hours to process the order. The expedited shipping is for the transit once product is picked. If you order on a holiday, weekend, or after hours your order will not be processed until the next business day. Then has to be picked and packaged. Once item is ordered and placed into shipping status we cannot stop the process. All cut yardage once ordered and ordered is captured we cannot stop or cancel the order.
SHIPMENTS GOING ACROSS COUNTRY , SHIPPING RATES COULD CHANGE FROM WHAT IS SHOWING ON SITE. IF ITS HIGHER THAN WHAT IS SHOWN WE WILL APPLY IT THE NEXT SHIPPING TIME OPTION. (meaning if you paid for overnight and its going from the east coast to the west coast the pricing could be more than calculated. So we would send 2 day or 3 day what ever fits the amount that was paid for) It will sent expedited regardless. Not ground.
Free Shipping cannot be combined with any other offer or sale. Only one discount can be used at a time on any order. Free shipping is standard ground delivery only. If you chose expedited shipping at check out then choose free shipping, you will not get expedited shipping. Expedited shipping isn't free. Only ground delivery is on products that qualify for that service. If you need expedited shipping on your order please call us to see if it will qualify for that service.
Disclaimer on wallpaper / Fabric's / memo's .
We encourage that prior to making a purchase, if you need a specific color tone or scale pattern etc. to order a memo sample of the product. We cannot guarantee that the color will be the same as you are seeing on the web due to all the different monitors. Memo samples are available for most of our products that we are selling.
*Memo samples are not refundable or returnable. They are final sale. You cannot request certain patterns or colors to be shown. They are cut by a sampling company and are sent out as is by the vendor. Wallpaper memo samples are roughly 7"-10" in size. Some fabric vendors only send small swatches. Some send larger samples. We do not know in advance the size that will be sent out. Memo samples are used to see true color of the piece in your home. Large patterns will not show in full on the samples. Samples cannot be rushed out of the warehouse. General time frame to process, pull, and ship it roughly 10-15 business days. Rush shipping is not available on swatches. Swatches depending on the amount ordered ship via usps. Type of transit various depending size and type of order.
Shipping costs on the swatches if applicable are also not refundable.
Memo samples cost runs between $5 - $10 each depending on the vendor.

Any wallpaper or Fabric order coming from Europe that has to cross customs does not qualify for free shipping. This will not be reflected in your shopping cart automatically, but you will be notified of the charge prior to us completing your order. All European brands ship directly from their mill or warehouse they are not stocked at our warehouse. All sales of all european brands once the order is place are final sale. This is the pollicies of the mills / vendors and has to be enforced. No exceptions can be made.
Any order coming from Europe , you must allow additional shipping time.
ANY ORDER SHIPPING FROM OVER SEAS CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR RETURNED.

Any order consisting of up to or more than 6 units may be considered a bulk order. Bulk orders are subject to additional shipping charges, at the discretion of Urban American Dry Goods Collection / Revibe Designs. Should your order reach bulk status and require additional fees for shipping we will notify you via e-mail. Should your order size and or weight require shipping via freight and require additional fees for shipping we will notify you via e-mail. Shipping on orders are calculated based on the live rates of our carriers unless deemed eligible for free shipping, again at the discretion of Urban American Dry Goods Collection / Revibe Designs. Depending on size and contents parcels ship via UPS, USPS, OR FedEx. Some delivery areas such as major cities, islands that require a ferry to get to, may not be able to be shipped as free shipping.
All Free Shipping is on items that can be shipped using Fed Ex, Ups, USPS. shipping standard ground with out any unusual transit required.
DELIVERY TO ALASKA AND HAWAII:
Rates are calculated based on live rates from the United States Postal Service, FedEx or UPS and product weight information. Call store for quote. Please note, tracking information is limited for USPS shipments and we cannot guarantee a delivery date on International deliveries. Free shipping can not be used delivering to these area's . Please call store for rates.
DELIVERY TO OTHER COUNTRIES.
Our live rates may not include custom charges. Please call for quote. The shipping rate given at check out may not be accurate, As it does not calculate custom's or additional carriage fee's.

Standard shipping is offered for all of our products. It qualifies you for standard ground shipping , please allow up to 48 hours for in stock items to ship from the date your order is processed. If items are back ordered or out of stock, you will be notified when they are back in stock. Back orders usually take 3-4 weeks but depends on product availability from the manufacture. Not all but some of the items are shipping directly from the manufacture to our distribution center or directly to the customer. Once ordered and put into shipping status the order can not be canceled.
Once items have reached the shipping process they cannot be canceled for any reason.
If expedited shipping is chosen at checkout order will be processed the same business day. If order is placed over a weekend or holiday, order will be processed the following business day.
Custom Drapery Orders can take up to 6-8 weeks to be manufactured and delivered and ship standard shipping. For more information, please inquire.

Returns- Most of Urban American Dry Goods Collection/ Revibe Designs. items including but not limited to: window treatments, hardware, pillows, rugs, fabric, wallpaper are made to order and cannot be cancelled or returned once ordered. Any items that do qualify to be returned will be subject to a restocking fee of 35%, must be returned within 7 days once Return authorization has been issued ,in the originally packaging. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be returned using the same type of service used for delivery. (freight deliveries must be returned as freight, ground deliveries can be returned as ground). Original shipping charges if there were any associated with customers orders are not refundable. If original packaging is damaged or disposed of no return will be available. All products that are available for return must be returned in originally packaging. You must call us to get instructions on how to return items that are able to be returned. You will need a Return Authorization # and the return address on where to ship the item back to. Orders just shipped back with out it will not qualify for a refund. Wallpaper rolls cannot be returned once opened or hung , the vendors will not take them back.
All fabric is considered cut yardage and is not returnable once cut. The fabric companies will not take back fabric once it is cut and shipped.
Custom Cut or Custom Printed - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY- All by the yard or custom cut / print wallpaper or fabric is not returnable nor can it be canceled once order is placed due to the custom nature of the item. These items cannot be returned. Times for shipping can change with out notice. We can only give estimated time frames and we have no control over delay's in shipping or production times. If there is a delay in shipping etc we still cannot cancel any custom cut orders. Please contact our office prior to ordering any custom cut items.
Damage or Defective - If any items arrived damaged or defective we must be notified of the issue right away within 7 days of delivery. We require photos and a description of the issue in order to put in a claim and get a new order processed. Any items that have been used or cut do not qualify for replacement. Always look over your products prior to opening or cutting them.
* PLEASE READ CAREFULLY- All American made wallpaper is priced as a single roll and packaged as a double roll by the manufacture. Must be ordered in qty's of 2. When you order 2 singles you will receive one double roll.
*All Magnolia Home, Lily Pulitzer, Ralph Lauren, Quadrille,Designers Guild, Osborne and Little, Schumacher ,Brunswig and Fils items are considered a special order item and are not returnable. (this is the policy of those particular brands) They do not accept returns or cancellations on their products. Please call prior to ordering if ordering any of the designer brands.
At checkout you will be given estimated shipping rates if item doesn't qualify for free shipping. Should shipping change due to oversize shipments needing to be shipped freight versus standard UPS Fed-ex or USPS shipping, cross-country or overseas, or expedited shipping you will be notified via email and asked to authorize the change prior to your order being shipped. This free shipping offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or coupons. Its either the discount or the free shipping only one applies.
Free shipping is for standard ground delivery only!
Damaged items upon arrival. Customers must refuse the shipment and make sure they have photos of damage and have delivery company mark item as damaged upon arrival , order refused. If you accept the order we cannot refund any money's if you then open item and it is damaged after driver has left. We should be notified immediately if there is an issue.
Returns on certain international brands.
If the brand does allow a return . You have 30 days from the day of purchase to start the return process. You will be charged a 35% restocking fee for the return and shipping back to warehouse is the responsibility of the consumer. Shipping to you will not be refunded. They will not accept any returns on cut yardage.
Discounts- Any discounts that are provided by putting in a code at check out can only be used once per customer . Only one discount can be used per order. Example: You may not get a discount on the item then get free shipping as well. Only one will register per order.
CLAIMS POLICY ON WALLPAPER AND FABRICS.
We must be notified immediately of any issue. No claims will be allowed on any product over 30 days old. We will do our best to help with any issues with any product but it must be done within that time frame. No refunds will be allowed after that time. No refunds on any fabric that has been cut or manufactured into a finished product. No refunds will be allowed on wallpaper that has been hung. If the product has been installed and any claim is to be filed. It must be filed with the manufacture. Any issues with any product beyond that time frame will have to be dealt with through the actual manufacture of the fabric or wall-covering in question. Urban American Dry Goods is not responsible for any installation issues or claims after the point of purchase.
All wallpaper vendors will not take back any opened rolls of wallpaper. Regardless of the issue.
Hand printed on Grass cloth papers are made to order and some of the lines or designs may not match up exactly. This is not a defect but the nature of the material. Any paper that has been opened or cut cannot under any circumstances be returned. Any claims need to be done before they are opened or cut. If it has been hung there is no refunds or claims that can be made on the items. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All Wallpaper and fabrics needs to be examined prior to installation or manufacturing. If paper is installed after inspection of the paper and then the paper is installed and something happens to the paper during the installation. It should be addressed with the installer. Any claims on paper once opened and installed if there is any issues must be filed with the manufacture of the paper purchased. Same applies to custom cut fabrics.
Color variations from monitor to actual product is not considered a claim. We have no control of colors shown on a monitor to actual items.
Color variations from roll to roll on natural wallpapers such as grasscloths, or paper weaves are not a defect but occurs naturally in the papers substrate. Hand printed papers on grass or paper weave may not match up exactly from strip to strip. This is also considered an overall design element and not a defect.
When ordering wallpaper , orders should be ordered all at the same time to be guaranteed the same dye lot or run. If ordered is split up or ordered at different times dye lots and runs cannot be guaranteed.
