We recommend ordering a memo sample when color, texture, scale, or pattern matters. Colors can look different from one monitor to another, and a sample helps you review the material in your own space. Large patterns might not appear in full on a small sample.

Wallpaper memo samples are usually about 7 to 10 inches. Fabric sample sizes vary by vendor, and some vendors provide small swatches while others provide larger samples. We can't guarantee a particular size, color, or pattern selection in advance because samples are cut and sent by the vendor or sampling company.
Allow approximately 10 to 15 business days for a memo sample to be processed, pulled, and shipped. Samples can't be rushed out of the warehouse, and rush shipping isn't available for swatches. No. Memo samples are final sale and aren't refundable or returnable. Applicable sample shipping charges are also nonrefundable.
Standard delivery is available to the lower 48 United States. Alaska and Hawaii may require a separate shipping quote. International orders can be subject to customs charges and additional carriage fees, so contact us for a quote before ordering.
Wallpaper and fabric orders can take 24 to 48 hours to process, even when expedited shipping is selected. Actual arrival time depends on which warehouse ships the item and the available transit service. Items shipping from the UK warehouse may take a little longer to arrive. Standard shipping is generally available, and backordered items often take about 3 to 4 weeks, depending on manufacturer availability.
Custom drapery orders can take approximately 6 to 8 weeks to be manufactured and delivered before standard shipping.
Many wallpaper and fabric products are made to order, cut to length, or special order and can't be canceled or returned once ordered. Cut fabric and trim are final sale. Wallpaper can't be returned once opened or hung. If an item qualifies for a return, contact us first for authorization. Eligible returns must generally be started within 7 days after authorization, may be subject to a 35% restocking fee, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Notify us immediately and within 7 days of delivery. Please keep the product unused and provide photos and a description of the issue so we can review the claim. Inspect wallpaper and fabric before opening, cutting, or installing them, because used, cut, opened, or installed products may not qualify for replacement or a claim.
